This is a must-see exhibition, but it's so large with so many spectacular exhibits that it can be overwhelming, so going with a guide is a good way to overcome this. Not only did Jenny take the hassle out of booking tickets, but she gave a huge amount of interesting information about the items that we would never have known just through scanning the QR codes or listening to the audio guide, and she answered any questions we had too. Highly recommended!

A walk through the ancient history of China with Jenny... interesting, enjoyable and worth every minute of it ! She picked out the most specific artifacts for an in-depth explanation and wowed us with her knowledge. Put NMC Guided Tours on your to-do-list ... You will not regret it.

Great experience! The tour was very engaging and the collection was amazing. I learned a lot about the objects, as well as Chinese history and culture in general.

Had a fantastic tour of the NMC with Jenny , our tour guide. She was very knowledgable, personable and funny. She of course hit the hilights of the museum but also included some not so popuar/strange pieces which gave the tour a more personalized feel. She was great. The entry /ticketing process was smooth and easy and we had no trouble finding her at the start of our tour. There was good communication ( received a text from her the day before stating the tour meeting oint and time).

If you love Chinese Culture, you would not like to miss National Museum of China, if you like Chinese Art, NMC must be on your trip list, if you have already know China well, here is a good place to immerse yourself.
Jenny is a fantastic tour guide, with great understanding of both Chinese Culture and aesthetics. Moreover, she is humorous and willing to share her great points with us, these make our trip in NMC memorable.

Jenny is a vetaran trip guide and provided very informational, interesting and humourous interpretation. I also ever attended a group tour with her impressive guide in ancient sculpture museum of Beijing (which was a great place to go btw). Furthermore, National museum is a must-go museum in Beijing, and all of China museums!! I ever visited numourous times, with companies by Jenny for several times. The permanent cultural relics exhibition on the basement floor through all dynasties of ancient China offer a wonderful glimpse over whole China ancient history by its absolute top treasure, no other museums in China can beat it! 

If you're a history lover, this placeis a must! Visiting the NMC was very much worth it. Jenny, the tour guide, wasfantastic! She artfully weaved each object into the context of China and world history. lfeel that she has really put some thought into the museum so that it is interesting for aThis museum tour was a great start to my China trip.

I especially loved that our tour was China-focused but not China-centric. Our guide seamlessly blend China's rich past with the world history, enlisting different perspectives to interpret and inspire. After four hours, I find myself not only fall in love with China but also gain an appreciation of the entire mankind.

One of the most striking things in our tour is how history meant so differently to different people at different times - inspiring and thought-provoking. We also find how interwoven people have been since the beginning of mankind. I am so glad that we did this tour on the first day of our trip. Our wonderful China experience would not have been possible without this museum tour.

What a celebration of humanity! Our tour was like an express train that zipped through China's past 5,000 years of civilization, but with carefully selected highlights and inspiring stories. We absolutely loved it.

Having a guide with a Master's in Chinese History brings things to life. One could probably do ten tours of the same museum with someone like this and never hear the same thing twice!
